We currently have an excellent opportunity for a motivated BIM Specialist in our Minneapolis office.  The BIM Specialist is primarily responsible for providing design and planning services as required for Parsons’ projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitation of BIM and pre-fab planning strategies on specified projects.
  • Complete Revit modeling of electrical systems on specified projects.
  • Support and comply with BIM and planning standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company.

 

Qualification:

  • Education: Two (2) year degree in BIM trade school or equivalent.
  • Experience: Revit experience preferred.

 

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Computer skills in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, AGI, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to read and apply the National Electrical Code.
  • Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
