Parsons is seeking journeyman electrician applicants.  The journeyman-level position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.  Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring schematics, and wiring diagrams.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Layout and installation of underground electrical systems.
• Layout and installation of electrical conduits, boxes, and wires.
• Installation and termination of devices and switchgear.
• Operate and maintain various electronic and electric measuring and testing devices such as voltmeters, ammeters and multi-testers to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records such as material lists, daily work reports, work orders, and time sheets.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Commercial electrical experience required.
• Valid State of Minnesota journeyman electrical license.
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card preferred.
• Travel required.
